PROSPERITY YOUR INHERITANCE
It’s God’s will for every one of His children to prosper in every area of their lives including finances. You don’t have to talk God into the idea of prospering you. Since the Garden of Eden, prosperity and blessing have been His idea. 

To prosper means to succeed and flourish. Prosperity is to advance or gain in anything good or desirable. It also means well-being. Over and over throughout the scriptures, God reveals that it is His will to prosper His people.

Psalm 35v27 NKJV

Let them shout for joy and be glad, who favor my righteous cause; and let them say continually, “Let the Lord be magnified, who has pleasure in the prosperity of his servant.”

3 John 2 NKJV

Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.

Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in every way….

Matthew 8v1-3 NKJV

When He had come down from the mountain, great multitudes followed Him. 2 And behold, a leper came and worshiped Him, saying, “Lord, if You are willing, You can make me clean.”

3 Then Jesus put out His hand and touched him, saying, “I am willing; be cleansed.” Immediately his leprosy was cleansed.

The leper knew that Jesus was able to heal him. He knew Jesus had the ability, the power to heal him but he doubted Jesus’ willingness to heal him. Faith always stops at a question mark.

He was not sure whether it was His will but Jesus proved it to him in verse 3 when He said “I am willing, be cleansed”. These are the same words Jesus is saying to you where your prosperity and finances are concerned. He is saying “Yes I am willing for you to be prosperous, to be wealthy, to be rich, to be successful and to be victorious. Go for it, I’m behind you, I’m backing you, I’m supporting you. I have given you My ability, My power to get wealth”.

Deuteronomy 8:18 NKJV

And you shall remember the Lord your God, for it is He who gives you power to get wealth, that He may establish His covenant which He swore to your fathers, as it is this day.

But remember the Lord your God, for it is He who gives you the ability to produce wealth…

Now let me ask you a question: If it is not God’s will for you to prosper and increase financially, then why does He give you the power, the ability, the anointing, the wisdom and the favor to get wealth? The fact that He gave it to you is enough evidence to prove to you that it is His will to bless you and increase you financially.

So stop doubting God’s willingness to prosper you and start saying “Here I am God, prosper me. Here I am God, increase me. Here I am God, use me to help meet the needs of other people and use me to finance the gospel. I know that You are not only able to do it but you are willing to do it for me. I release You to prosper me. I release you to come in and move on my behalf. I release You to move in the realm of my financial prosperity”.

The leper also doubted Jesus’ willingness to heal him because he felt unworthy. He felt that he was undeserving of God’s best blessings. He felt that he did not qualify for God’s goodness in his life. Don’t allow Satan to use your past and your mistakes that you’ve made and to tell you that God can’t bless you. The devil is a liar.

Jesus made allowances for your mistakes through His precious blood that He shed at Calvary. None of us were deserving and qualified for God’s goodness in our lives but Jesus made us worthy and He made us righteous through His precious blood. We now qualify to receive God’s grace, mercy and favour.

Philippians 4:19 NKJV

But my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

So we’ve seen that it is God’s will to prosper His children. Our responsibility is to believe and receive it because our God who loves us, has a covenant determination to prosper us
